As the sun sets, join us for Alpine pours & delectable bites at the base of Judah mountain, enjoying some live rustic mountain melodies
Location: Main Lodge (Judah mountain base), for those driving, park at the main Sugar Bowl parking lot, for those staying at the Sugar Bowl Lodge, 10 minute walk to the Main Lodge.Dress attire: Mountain Chic (fun and comfortable), sensible shoes are advised. The mountains are imperfect and that is part of what we love, but that comes with unsteady ground. Sandals, boots, flats or a wedge is a great plan when possible

DINNER & PARTY
Feast beneath the mountain skies, raise a glass and dance into the night to some 90’s hip hop (this NY Queen’s girl’s special request)

Transportation:If you plan to explore the Tahoe area, renting a car will provide the most flexibility.
If you seek a car service to/from the airport: we suggest booking through Tahoe Elite
Directions:
Saturday Lunch at Lake Mary: Located at 58800 Old Donner Summit Road, Norden CA 95724
- From Donner Lake up Old Hwy 40, guests can turn left at the Summit Haus and follow the access road to the Lake Mary entrance which will be on their left. There is a sign at the entrance.
- Alternatively, from Old Hwy 40, they can turn onto Sugar Bowl Road and take the first left onto Old Donner Summit Road. There will be a Sandwich Board at the corner to help direct them. For those driving from the Village areas of Sugar Bowl, this will be a Right turn off Sugar Bowl road – the Sandwich Board will help direct them.
- Guests may park along the road in any available space providing cars can pass.If you plan to explore the Tahoe area, renting a car will provide the most flexibility.
Saturday Party at Main Lodge/Judah Lodge:
Upon entering the main Sugar Bowl resort, you will get to a black gate with a red STOP sign, please enter #8585 to open the gate to enter the resort, all guests should stay to the Left at the split in the parking lot. There will be a sign to help direct them.
- They will stay straight and find parking in any appropriate spot
For those guests going to the Hotel or having rented a Sugar Bowl Home:
- Once inside the gate on Sugar Bowl Road, stay to the Right at the split in the parking lot. There will be a sign to help direct them.
- They will continue through the parking lot and pass a large green propane tank. This is called Mules Ear Road. (another sign will be posted).
- They will turn LEFT at the stop sign (More signage will be posted).
- They will follow the signs around the back of the Village Hall Building to our Round About. This is where a staff member will meet them to assist with parking their car and their luggage.
- During their stay they may leave their car keys at the front desk. We are staffed 24/day while guests are in-house so they may collect their keys at any time.
- Guests will also be asked when they plan to depart on Sunday so we can assist with bringing their vehicle around as needed.
Sugar Bowl Lodge
For those staying at the Sugar Bowl Lodge:
Please note the Lodge is going through some construction (apologize for the construction site as they re-build the deck), so the Lodge is technically closed for the summer do to the construction but open for our event, so there will be limited amenities in terms of food service, the hotel will only be serving continental breakfast from 7:30am-9:30am each morning.
If you need to access other food options or groceries you will need to drive 10 minutes to Truckee.
For those guests staying on Sugar Bowl property:
- For Hotel or Sugar Bowl Home Rental Guests: We ask you/your guests to call us when they are 30 minutes out: 530-426-6790. This will ensure a staff member is ready to assist with parking their car and helping them in the Lodge.
- Gate Code: After 5:00pm, the gate will be closed. Your guests and vendors should use #8585 to access the property. There is also an intercom at the gate.
Weather
In August, Lake Tahoe typically experiences warm, sunny days with average highs around 72-75°F (25°C) and lows around 43°F (6°C), but conditions can be unpredictable, so bring layers and we will provide weather updates closer to the date. Please note there could be mosquitoes at dawn and dusk, plan accordingly.
